What file formats can I upload as a logo?
PNG, JPG, and SVG. SVG is recommended for the sharpest print at any size. Transparent PNG backgrounds are preserved.

Yes. Your artwork renders on actual product photos — paper sleeves, half-sleeves, wooden cutlery wrappers, and napkins — so you see how the printed product will look before ordering.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 20,000 pcs across the main categories: bamboo twin chopsticks, individually wrapped cutlery sets, paper sleeves, and printed napkins all start at 20,000 pairs/pcs. Premium tensogue chopsticks and pre-wrapped chopsticks also start at 20,000 pairs.
