Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026
Diningprint ("we", "us") operates the website diningprint.com (the "Site") and supplies custom-printed disposable wooden cutlery, chopsticks, napkins, and paper packaging to B2B customers worldwide. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, business name, email, phone, and shipping address — submitted through our inquiry form, the customizer tool, or direct emails.
- Order and design data: logos, artwork files, product selections, quantities, and packaging notes you upload to our customizer.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics — collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) to keep the Site secure and to help us improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To produce, package, and ship custom orders you place.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, invoices).
- To follow up on a quote, sample, or design you saved with us. You can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying to our email.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with applicable laws and accounting obligations.
3. Service providers we share data with
We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers to run the business:
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and email routing.
- Resend — outbound transactional email.
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
- Production partners and shipping carriers (factories, DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders) — limited order and address data needed to manufacture and deliver your goods.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. International transfers
Diningprint operates internationally. Information you provide may be transferred to and processed in Hong Kong, mainland China, the European Union, the United States, Australia, and other regions where our service providers, factories, or shipping partners operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and customer service purposes — typically up to seven years. Inquiry leads that do not become customers are kept for up to two years and then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the UK, EU, Australia, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@diningprint.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the Site to function (for example, to remember your language preference and customizer session). We may also use limited analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page or sent to active customers by email.
