Before you order

What is an airlaid napkin?

Airlaid is a nonwoven paper-based material used for linen-feel disposable napkins. It offers a different texture and table presentation from conventional tissue napkins. Compare a material sample to choose the feel and weight for your restaurant.

Can you print our restaurant logo or artwork?

Send your logo, preferred print colours and fold. We review the design and confirm the printable area, print method and minimum order in your quotation. Artwork is checked in its folded position before production.

Does the size mean the open sheet or the folded napkin?

This product uses a 40 × 40 cm open sheet. Choose a 1/4 fold, 1/8 fold or 1/8 pocket; the quotation and approved sample confirm the finished format.

What are the minimum order and production time?

They depend on the colour, fold, print design and quantity. Send the quantity per design and your delivery destination for a written quote. Production time and freight time are confirmed separately.

Can I check the material and print before a bulk order?

Request a material sample or printed proof. We confirm the sample option, cost and delivery time for your project. Review the paper feel, fold, colour and logo position before approving the production specification.
