Which cup sizes are in the confirmed reference range?
The current selectable range contains 280, 330, 400 and 500 ml double-wall cups. Each has a nominal 90 mm rim and is shown in kraft-brown or white. A 700 ml cup appears in range imagery but not in the current selectable SKU list, so availability and dimensions must be confirmed before quoting.
Are all lids compatible with every 90 mm cup?
The reference range pairs each confirmed cup size with black or white sliding-closure, U-slot or hinged flip lids. Nominal diameter alone does not guarantee fit across unrelated cup and lid ranges, so the production sample confirms rim roll, closure and drinking opening.
Can you print our logo or full artwork?
Yes. The reference custom route covers logos, text, supplied images and QR artwork. Send a vector PDF, AI or SVG where possible. Colour count, coverage, curved dieline, print method, setup cost and final minimum order are confirmed from the artwork proof.
What is the minimum order for custom printing?
The source documentation indicates custom orders from 1,000 cups. The final minimum may vary by capacity, cup colour, lid, artwork and print route, so the written quotation controls. Stock reference packs of 50, 100 and 500 sets are separate from the custom-production minimum.
Are cup carriers and kraft bags included with the cups?
No. Two-cup and four-cup carriers, plus single-, two- and four-cup kraft carry bags, are separate line items. Quote them by format and quantity, then confirm the physical fit with the selected cups and lids.
What material and food-contact documents are available?
The product detail reference shows a PE-lined inner cup and a double-wall paper construction. Paper grade, GSM, coating, food-contact documents and destination-market requirements are confirmed for the selected production route before an order is approved.
